What is Radio Frequency Microneedling?

Radio Frequencyis better known as RF Microneedling. Whilst being under the same umbrella, RF Microneedling can further stimulate the skin with its added radio frequency waves. It is specifically known for its ability to stimulate the production of more collagen through enhanced thermal heating, meaning it caters for anti-ageing and skin laxity concerns extremely well.

How Does Radio Frequency Microneedling Work?

Radio Frequency Microneedling works similarly to Dermapen Microneedling causing a controlled trauma to induce strengthening of collagen, however whereas Dermapen Microneedling uses a device that oscillates, Radio Frequency Microneedling uses a pin point needling technique meaning a more intensified trauma level can be reached. This means deeper collagen & elastin cells can be targeted, leading to a better and more efficient skin tightening & rejuvenation effect.

Who is Radio Frequency Microneedling Suitable For?

Radio Frequency Microneedling is suitable for all skin tones with concerns such as acne scarring & hyperpigmentation, as well as being extremely well suited to skins that have experienced noticeable loss of collagen & elastin. With that in mind, it is highly recommended for anti-aged skin and any areas of loose skin, being also particularly effective in treating stretch marks. It is not recommended for active acne skin.

What are the Treatment Benefits?

This treatment will dramatically improve the production of collagen and elastin and will distinctly provide a noticeable skin tightening and smoothing effect. It will remove discolouration making the skin’s visible look appear brighter, plumper, tighter and much more youthful & rejuvenated.

How Many Treatments Are Required?

We recommend an initial course of 6-8 treatments spaced 6-8 weeks apart, followed then by maintenance.

How Long Will Radio Frequency Microneedling Results Last?

Due to it being a corrective treatment, results can and will be long-lasting.

     I attended a consultation at Eterno for laser hair removal with Belle. I was very anxious about attending and can honestly say all those nerves well left as soon as I walked through the doors. Belle and the team were ever so welcoming and all my doubts questions were answered and out at ease.      Had my Extract & Glo treatment today at Eterno Clinic and so far I’ve had a really nice experience. Ella did my treatment and she was really lovely, friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout. She explained everything to me and was really gentle.      I’m partway through a course of microneedling with polynucleotides at Eterno and already really pleased with the results. Annabelle is brilliant — knowledgeable, professional, and puts you completely at ease. The  team are lovely too, always welcoming and happy to answer any questions.
